Thanks mateHere's my thoughts. Just because many are negative doesn't mean it's a bad site, I like the look of the site just a few improvements can be made:
1. The "joes.com.au - Domain name sales" header appears stretched and fuzzy (I much prefer your logo in your DP)
2. The picture of you (I presume) does not seem to fit. Maybe have it on the about page instead
3. On the resources page you have the a tag covering the spaces as well (probably just a typo)
4. I like that you've separated the .net.au and the .com.au domains though it may be a better idea to have the better domains (.com.au) on the left
5. I'm a bit confused about the RSS link as it's not for the domain names (at least currently)
6. This is personal preference but maybe use a sans-serif font to look more modern etc + my personal preference is that they're heaps easier to read and look better.
I do like the look of the site even though I've come up with 6 things to change

I've seen worse.
The only thing that really bothers me are the orange borders.
I would go with a black or a dark red. Happy to help you out if you need it.
Colours are OK
Font size is way to big. I would go with 18px max for headers 12 for content.
Comic Sans MS looks like its name.

Sans-serif is any type of font that does not have the serifs (those hooks etc on them). An example is callibri or verdena (I'd recommend verdena) (Don't think I spelled that right
I think you still need a more normal font, as in still readable Eg. Anonymous Pro or Michroma. You can also just set it to a more normal font like Arial or Verdana
