I've got a SEO timber flooring website fully developed and gernerating 3-5 contact form leads per day, 30-50 uniques per day. 100% organic.

The domain is almost 2 years old, but the value is in traffic and leads. Would make a great secondary lead generation website or even main site. With contact details added the leads could increase to over 10 per day. Flooring display etc it would easily provide in roi with 1-2 sales (avg timber flooring install $5-$10k.

Only white hat SEO has been done. Content is 100% original. theme is 100% original, CMS is built in silverstripe.

Looking to sell or lease if continued SEO is wanted. Any gun salesmen who would like to take on the challenge happy to offer a high commission.

What kind of lease arrangements are you talking about? Do you mean like on a commission or something else?

Lease being monthly rent for exclusive leads. If multiple parties were interested a per lead could be arranged.

ps very few advertising models would take a commision. I have actually never heard of that happening. Maybe on bigger scale advertising I am not sure.
