So I bought a Tel Domain

So I bought a .tel domain
backpackers.tel

Was going to make a backpackers directory out of it. Now my conscience is getting the better of me saying that you just can't put names in my directory without them wanting them to be there. Any thoughts on that.
Do businesses need to opt in or just go for it?

Hey yes thats fair enough. I got this unhealthy fascination with tel domains I better stop it. I guess they are easy to populate as dveloping websites ain't my strength.
