You'll struggle unless you focus 100% of your time on this.

There are soooo many places offering SEO now. When I was looking for a firm to help my business the options seemed unlimited. A few other business owners I know are even getting their SEO done by Indian firms via Elance now.

And the kicker, any decent SEO firm is going to have a team of specialists, so you'd expect the company site to have some pretty awesome SEO going on! Tough to beat unless you're an SEO guru yourself.

I think one redeeming thing about advertising SEO services on your site, is there's a very simple message you can display right on the home page.

Why choose us? Well, you're here aren't you?

Or something like that. Try and promote the point that out of hundreds of thousands of SEO websites, your visitor ended up here so you must be doing something right. Instant proof of ability.

The beauty is, even if you only get a handful of visitors, each of them should be suitably impressed *if* you can get that message across.

I agree, my day job is working as a SEO & Social Media it is very involved work. I have a few blogs about SEO I tinker around with plus 100s of other websites.

But yeah small business SEO is flooded in the market soo many crap SEO's and I would never outsource work to india for SEO that is just asking for trouble. I get spammed all day by indian link building specialists lol.

I think you should have better onpage SEO for a start.

Second I think this is a niche that unless you are serious about it you will never get any traction with it. Competition is too stiff.

Yeah fix up your internal link structure, H! title tag, meta descriptions, titles, Url structure, your 404 page seems to link up to a totally different website same with robots.txt file...This was just 1 minutes worth of checks =)
