Don't want to wave a big stick, but rather I would like to remind members of the etiquette of sales threads. 
If you believe a sales listing is inappropriate for whatever reason, then please let the mods know.

- Please don't make general comments. The seller is entitled to advertise their domain/s without fear of someones comment affecting their prospects of a sale.
- This includes any form of appraisal or opinion on the chances of sale.
- This also includes any "puff pieces" or gratuitous comments from seller's mates as to how wonderful a seller may be!
- If you have a question, the best thing to do is PM or email the seller.
