It's been brought to our attention that some users have not been receiving emails recently, culminating over the weekend just gone by when a few users attempted to reset their passwords but failed to receive any confirmation email.
We've now updated the way vBulletin sends mail and done some tests. It seems to be running smoothly, so hopefully the issue is behind us.
