I've got a whole heap of Geo / Real Estate domains that I want to develop.
Some are plain Geo's i.e. town name or suburb name.
And some are (town name / suburb name) RealEstate.com.au.
So I'm looking for web designers / developers who might be interested in a joint venture (say in just one name to start with).
I'll supply the domain name for free - you supply a stunning design that will rank highly and earn us revenue along the way.
And I'm happy to go 50/50 in the revenue and ultimate resale price.

There is money to be made in these from affiliate advertising, PPC and directory listings.
There is also good money to be made in ultimate resale. I know this from personal experience.
