I have an absolutely great domain name matching a low volume but high earning Adsense phrase.

Im thinking that i need a very simple site designed, only 3-4 pages, nothing flashy but something that seo dcan be done on, so it can rank.

Anyone that is capable of doing this sort of thing and would like to discuss costs, please feel free to pm me. You would need to be good at designing adsense sites, knowledgable of placements to ensure best CTR etc. Just advise what info you require to work out a quote and i will send it through.

I must admit i dont have a big budget but perhaps we can put our heads together and agree on something.

If you can agree to supply original content and images I would be happy to quote

In my opinion, you won't rank well ( as you have requested ) without original text content and images

I have actually made an arragment with Paz to make a site. I am aware that for any ranking, the content will need to be unique. Im actually working on some content at the moment .

For the price offered I don't think you can expect too much.

Paz has built a site for me in the past and it was well above what i thought the money would buy.

I will vouch for his quality of work any time.

I disagree, for that price there are several options available.
I myself offer 5 original article minisites with unique designs for that price or less.
