Quick update - this problem has been resolved however there may still be some intermittent slowness and connectivity problems, although this should steadily improve over next short while.

Connectivity problems should be restoring for all, but depending on what network/ISP you are on, I can't say how long that will be. If you have a different ISP you can use, please try that...there's a status update here:

I was worried for awhile there but I managed to sneak my bid in via my mobile phone in the final minutes...

That said, I can't tell if NF caught it on my mobile (your mobile phone layout might need some tweaking)... it says it wasn't caught by Drop... so fingers crossed.
