WHAT you never heard of Caveat Financing .
Caveat finance is a well-known and common method of financing when other forms of financing is not available.

I don't see that "caveat finance" has much volume as an exact match let alone enough to warrant the my- prefix. "Caveat loans" looks like a much more attractive keyword.
