I've just started AppSumo's 'How to make your first dollar' course and the first step is to basically make your first dollar by asking people for it.
I thought this would be easy but it does make you feel a little strange to ask for just one dollar. The amount itself would seem quite insignificant but the actual act of asking for it makes you feel pretty self conscious.
