i'm presently moving a corporate site from one server to another in a redo of the site, during the transition i monitor emails so nothing gets lost.
so this DHead sends an email to a mate who replies back with the attachment and " ohh NICE one jeff......."
OMG if the boss knew !!! the boss is a born again christian !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

do people not "get it" yet , don't use your business email address for this type of stuff !

For sure he'd be annoyed, if he knew you were reading his porno email.

i'm beta testing the email address to make sure they transfered correctly, then i let them go, 99% of the time nothing is in the mail box.
normally all i get is a "quote request" a " meeting confirmation"
what i do is forward the emails thus maybe duplicate to make sure the person gets it .
this is the first BAD one i have ever had
am i trying to hard to ensure the client doesn't lose an email ?
SO just to clarify, i do not read clients emails on a daily basis, the only time i do it is during transitions to ensure nothing is lost during that period and mostly i don't read just skim and forward but as you can imagine this caught my eye blatantly.
