How do you valuate a comau

Hi guys I've been wondering what the best method/formula is to valuate a comau domain.

Currently I use 4 different aspects of the domain, google local exacts, cpc, domain length and niche.

I know a few people say it's a few ( 1- 5 ) dollars per local exact depending on the cpc.

When in doubt I refer to estibot which I hate.

If anyone can give me ( and the dn community ) some pointers it would be great.

Other factors are:

Brandable qualities
Trends (Google Insights)
Local Phrase/Broad
IBLs

That's interesting. However I think search vol has to be taken into account with CPC.

I just put a 25 page strategy document together for a client about domain value for specific domains so I could talk all day about it!!!
