Just joined dntrade - finding it interesting reading about the industry and how people are using their domains.

I'm a web designer in Brisbane - my site is www.thermosis.com - been making sites for around 10 years. Thankfully my house is dry and away from the current flood levels (what a crazy week it's been).

Hey, I would say this (being a passionate .au fan) but you should really consider using the domain thermosis.com.au (which you have) rather than the .com if your target market is Australia. Better recognition, trust & CTR for users and better reanking for Google! Just an idea!

Hey David! Again - thanks for the welcome. And that's great advice. I'm about to rename my company so I'll definitely look to go with the .com.au option instead. You're dead right about recognistion and trust, but I didn't realise the impact it would have on CTR and Google rankings That's awesome...
