Before I toss it up on Flippa, thought I'd make a post here and see if anyone is interested.
PR2 - http://www.green-tea-benefits.com/ - 9 year old domain first registered in 2003 and caught from drops about a year ago and has held age and increased from a PR1 to PR2.
I only put analytics on it a few days ago but it is averaging 50-60 UV per day. Adsense earnings paint a better picture of traffic but obviously I cannot forward any report similar to analytics.
