I was planning on developing these, but I've just committed to my two largest domain purchases, so it's time to make some room!

The following names are available:

• fitnesscertificate.com.au - $250
• incorporated.com.au - SOLD
• renovators.com.au - $3,000 (best offer so far is $2,500)
• taxrefundcalculator.com.au - $400 (had accepted a previous offer of $410 that fell through)
• prized.com.au - $150

I don't HAVE to sell them, so I'm not going to accept silly offers, but I am a motivated seller if the price is right. (Update - fixed prices now)

incorporated.com.au has been sold.

renovators.com.au has an offer of just under $2k but I need a bit more to get over the line.

renovators.com.au has a decent amount of unique content and does bring in some revenue. During October last year it made $64 in a single week from Adsense, however this was during a period of unusually high traffic. The ongoing earnings are a lot lower, but there's definitely potential there.
