Thought I'd share this tool for those of you who don't know what is it.
http://developers.facebook.com/tools/lint
Basically you enter a page on your website and it tells you what information Facebook scrapes from your site about the given URL. It also crawls and caches the URL when you lint. Comes in handy when you are adding social plugins to your website and you want to see what is displayed as default when someone clicks the 'Like' button or shares a page for instance.
Also handy for debugging crawler errors.
Another handy feature is that you can see how many times a URL has been shared by looking at the 'Social graph data'. Good for checking out the competition I guess:

You should also sign up for Facebook insights if you haven't done so:
http://www.facebook.com/insights/
And you then get access to better data for your site as a whole:
