I have just made a change to www.blonde.tv , i have taken two posts and made them pages , will this help the site i wonder

It may, but something I'd suggest to help the site out would be to use structured URLs (eg. blonde.tv/pamela-anderson/) for wordpress rather than query strings (eg. blonde.tv/?page_id=392)

There's an option for this somewhere in the wordpress options, you should suss it out

Depending on the site, I generally run with the following which has been effective in the past;

Permalinks/Custom Structure:
/%category%/%postname%/

example: www.blonde.tv/pamela-anderson/Pammy-boobs-are-great-but-old.php

Then just add Google XML sitemap.

i had to change them all back because the videos stopped working on one site 'can't find what you are looking for' was the notice that came up on each post and on the other sites if you clicked on a post it took you to the page that it was on when i changed the permalinks

It contains info on a bit of stuff including getting "permalinks" right.

UPDATE , that seemed to work with all posts opening up and not reverting back to the page i was on when i first changed the permalinks

Now while i have your attention i made a change to www.bikinis.tv yesterday by way of taking out the | symbol in the title and tagline

I think i read somewhere that | will cancel out what ever is next to it ?

so i have gone from bikini|bikinis|swimwear to bikini bikinis swimwear

Any views on this move ?

to be done to each post and page ?

Last but not least i notice in your third section example that you have ticked off noindex for tag archives , mine is not ticked when activating this plug in , is it a major factor ?

Do you ever use the catagories for meta keywords or just the tags ...........can you use both ??
