Did you look at international trademarks because ("E Life" insurance) is a UK company...

But yeah I hope it is ok =)

never heard of them, they dont have worldwide or australian reputation and it is a generic term with the "e' in front, there are no australian trademarks for this term, i am in the industry and have a legitimate interest in registering this domain, so i am comfortable with it.
