It's a policy delete, no doubt due to the cancelled ABN. According to abr.business.gov.au: "Cancelled from 15 May 2019".
It's an interesting turn of events given how the domain was most recently acquired:

Incidentally, the term 'university' is no longer on the Reserved List of names (since it was updated in January):
