i won't be bidding , PROMISE, but 666 was kinda my nickname at school , LOL as its the last 3 numbers of my birthdate so when i saw it i got a laugh.

In the end it sold for $251 on Netfleet. The domain has some history which could make future branding a problem (just put "666.com.au" into Google to see what I mean) - I think that might have reduced the interest in this one.

I put in a bid, but decided not to go very high. More of a novelty domain than anything else. I would have had buyers regret even at the low price it sold for.

i know of another, seems "ian" has been creating email addresses

taking a wild guess i'd say its part of their outbound marketing of dropping domains which they have openly stated they are doing.
