"Discount" isn't a dirty word - most people like to think they're getting a discount (even when they aren't!).

I own the domain name www.cheapwebsitedesign.com.au
I haven't done anything with it except put a glorified "coming soon" type page up with a link to my main site. And it doesn't rank in Google at all.
About 12 months ago I got a single enquiry based on it, for a small web design job - must have been from a typein i'm guessing as there is no way anyone would find it. About a $500 job, but hey it's paid for it's regfee a few times over!
Fast forward 12 months, and a referal from this client has become one of my biggest clients ever.
Cheap is cheaper than discount - but if you can service the client in a way that still makes you money, there is nothing wrong with that.
Re your domain, i'd be a teeny tiny bit interested, but probably not enough to make it worth your while, i'm VERY tight with the purse strings at the moment. But if you are desperate to offload it for cheap, let me know!

When did you turn into a "domainer"? That's what we say when we're trying to get the price down.
The domain is sold, and I think the person who bought it will do very well out of it.

Lol. I think they will as well - it's a good domain name, as mine will be also once I get around to properly developing it.
Re a domainer - well sort of yes, sort of no! I more collect domain names to suit all of my many crazy business ideas (for development) rather than to onsell. And often they pay for themselves in little ways like the above example. But I haven't yet sold a domain so can't call myself a domainer really. But fun to play!

i'm only reading this post NOW , i'm reading it as the person will sell discount website creation? but today i just started a google adwords promo for my optometrist website business, its amazing the adwords price on "discount websites" i think it was @ $6.50 so there is some good competition there
discount, cheap, budget, ........... they all ring differently in different ears, when i was doing up the adwords i was thinking about what peoples expectations would be if they clicked and THEN if they contacted and i felt that you can say to joe blaaa $500 and he thinks its EXPENSIVE but you can say to brad pitt $15,000 and he thinks its cheap !
So its a dangerous term. definately needs to be a developer to take it on which obviously you have found, but the key word terms in the domain are gold
