I've just been informed i'm now a "gold member" of crazy domains ! i rang the NEW phone number for my "personal assistant" and he was on another call but the onhold message said i was at the "corporate division of crazy domains" .

so it must have something to do with volume as i just topped 200 domains in that account.

it will be interesting to see what happens next time i need to phone. i like the idea, hopefully better tehn the longgggggggg wait times previously.

don't know, i think maybe if you are talking to the same person then you don't have to re-explain any issues? i doubt i get to buy cheaper !

if all i get is not being on hold for 30minutes i'll be happy
