Conversion rate for domain name portfolio?

Hi everyone,
I have a domain name portfolio of 100+ domain names. For those domainers who have a medium (100+) to large portfolio (1000+) of domain names, what would be your yearly sales conversation rate? I've read that it was around 2-3% of your portfolio a year but I can't remember or trace back the relevant article that made mention of this statistic.

2-3% for a very high quality portfolio with somewhat low asking prices. Think 1% is more the norm for high quality portfolio eg names bought decades ago or bought as sought after drops with numerous bidders. Most won’t see anywhere near 1% though. For fresh reges probably 0.1% to 0%.

I'm pushing 5% on a semi-good portfolio of 250 domains
Lots of short domains are selling these days
