I have the need to send a letter to someone I feel is trading with a name too similar to my trade mark term.

I think a standard letter would do the trick if anyone cares to share something can you contact me please.

Why not a friendly phone call at first if they're in Australia? Might resolve the issue and then some. If not, you can always take the next step.

They are in France. I don't speak French.

There's a bit to this story too. I moved into the French market and they sent me the same thing. So I changed my name in France to not step on their toes as blatantly.

Now my mark is protected I'd like to send similar to them as I don't want their app of similar name in the au App Store.

They probably don't even realise it is, but thought a template letter may give me a head start.

Can't you find the letter they sent you and just change the details?

I did think of that but it's not quite as relevant in the reverse. They are breeching for all different reasons to what they claimed I was.

Anyway I think i'll just look deeper into this option.

Cheers everyone.
