Hi all, what do you think of b2c/net/au

1,000 exact match local search results
$7.00 approximate CPC
Low competition (almost zero - only one adsense ad pops up for the search term in google)
Available for hand reg

Would this type of domain be worth registering. The stats look good but I can't think how it could be effectively monetised.

If you want, go ahead and register it - I'm more interested in how one would monetise these types of domains?

If there is only one bidder then the $7 cpc doesn't make sense. Have no idea how this would be monetized either, too broad.

That's what I'm thinking... I come across a few of these type of domains that seem attractive when you look at the stats but just don't have a clear strategy to monetise. A while back pencil/net/au was available but I left that too for similar reasons.

Yes, I see. I think if there is no bidders (or only one) on the term the chance of anyone coming after the name for the generic meaning (as opposed to using it as a brand type name) is very slim.
