hi, client has quit the business and wanting to see what its worth, he owns the .com.au and the .com

aged domain of @ 9 years

page 2 number 4 rank for the search "bridal gowns" so could easily get to page 1 ( as no seo has EVER been done on it)

averages 12-14,000 UNIQUE visits a year.

a non competitor (different sector) has australianbridalservice.com.au so may be of interest to them, and there are a few more extensions out there like ABfair, ABdirectory etc

currently a shop (ecom turned off) with good content but the code is OLD so there is no value there.

any guesses?

it was never ecommerce although it was designed that way, the client changed his mind after the site was built so i had to go through and turn it all off.

so its really just the aged domain and consistant visits that has the value, the ecomm code needs throwing away.
