Is there an update on the auDA appeals process?
I do hope auDA has now chosen to go out to tender for legal service providers?
This is an enormous cost using domain name registrant funds.

" I am aware of a total of 4 superior court proceedings in which parties sought a review of auDA decisions over the past 6 years. These cases were defended by auDA at great expense both financially and in terms of staff time. Over the past 4 financial years auDA has expended a total of $2,278,096 on legal fees, while these legal fees did not exclusively relate to defending litigation"
