Are there many .au domain flippers here?

I'll get my head down into some auDA PDF's shortly in regards to flipping a .com.au (rules & guidelines), but just wanted to know if any member here buy and sell their .au domains quickly? (flipping)

Basically you cannot register a domain name for the sole purpose of resale

I think you have to own the domain for 6 months prior to selling it.
