As you can see from the site, real opportunity is to flush this site out with more content, better URL's and it could make someone a lot more money.

The name itself is a goody. With another interest rate rise just happening what do you think people will start searching for?!?!

Revenue I have a deal set up with FirstFolio but not the best deal so revenue figures become irrelevant.

Traffic - again, site is ranking for two keyword phrases at #1 and if the interest rates keep rising then this site will get even more traffic.

Site needs some TLC to boost traffic.
