Not much point buying more of what you are trying to sell. Unlikely a buyer of the .com.au's would pay any premium for the .net.au's in my view.
if you are trying to sell a million dollar domain and the .net.au lands in front of you then grab it, don't worry about making a profit from it just create an all inclusive package.
i'm not asking to be agreed with i am just saying what i would do.
